76. PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION 2011R002 MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING DEPARTMENT TRANSFER STATION FEE SCHEDULE Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251, set a public hearing for August 22, 2012 to solicit comments and consider the adoption of Resolution WRR 2011R002 Transfer Station Fee Schedule. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this item will become effective August 22, 2012. Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-741, § 11-269 and § 11-251 the Board of Supervisors are proposed to adopt and enforce Resolution WRR 2011R002 Maricopa County Waste Resources and Recycling Department Transfer Station Fee Schedule to conduct business congruent with industry standard .
