79. SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING PASS THROUGH FEE CREATION FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE (CRT) MONITORS Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-741, § 11-269, § 11-251.08 and § 11-251.13, set a public hearing for January 29th, 2014 to solicit comments and consider the addition of a five dollar ($5.00) environmental disposal fee for each Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitor turned in at a Maricopa County Transfer Station. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this fee will become effective February 1st, 2014. Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-741, § 11-269, § 11-251.08 and § 11-251.13 the Board of Supervisors is requested to adopt and enforce the addition of a pass through environmental disposal fee for Waste Resources and Recycling congruent with industry standards. 9. MARICOPA COUNTY WASTE RESOURCES AND RECYCLING PASS THROUGH FEE CREATION FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE (CRT) MONITORS Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §49-741, § 11-269, § 11-251.08 and § 11-251.13, convene the scheduled public hearing to solicit comments and consider the addition of a five dollar ($5.00) environmental disposal fee for each Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) monitor turned in at a Maricopa County Transfer Station. Upon the Board of Supervisors approval, this fee will become effective February 1, 2014. Pursuant to A.R.S. §49-741, § 11-269, § 11-251.08 and § 11-251.13 the Board of Supervisors is requested to adopt and enforce the addition of a pass through environmental disposal fee for Waste Resources and Recycling congruent with industry standards.
