A-4. WASTE RESOURCE AND RECYCLING REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER THRESHOLD Per the Board of Supervisor approved FY 2015 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following requests over threshold. •New FY15 funding for one-time major for construction, replacement and/or repair to fencing surrounding 10 closed county landfills. ($25,000.00, Non-recurring expense, F100, Priority #3) •Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations by replacing and/or refurbishing gas probes at 4 county closed landfills. ($160,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #4) •Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations by conducting a drainage assessment of the closed Avondale landfill. ($150,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #4) •Replace truck 31850 according to Maricopa County Equipment Services suggestion. ($45,000.00, Non-recurring expense, F100, Priority #2) •New survey/topographical mapping of strategic landfills to document compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality approved closure grading.
