83. WASTE RESOURCE AND RECYCLING REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Per the Board of Supervisors approved FY 2016 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following requests over baseline. •Maintain security and integrity of the Morristown landfill by purchasing and installing fencing around the property line. ($15,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #2) •Conduct a landfill solar feasibility study to assess the ability to provide solar power at closed county landfills. ($40,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #3) •Improve traffic flow and security to increase customer satisfaction at the county’s busiest transfer station in Cave Creek. ($50,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #4) •Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations by performing drainage improvement maintenance at the Avondale landfill. ($50,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #3) •Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations by replacing and/or refurbishing gas probes at the Queen Creek landfills. ($70,000.00 Non-recurring expense, F100 Priority #4) •Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations by performing erosion control maintenance at the Queen Creek landfill.
