71. HEAVY DUTY TRUCK SCALE TRADE-IN DISCOUNT Approve the trade-in of two (2) heavy duty truck scales for a discount toward the purchase of new scales. Waste Resources and Recycling has a unique opportunity to save a significant amount of money on a previously approved purchase of replacement truck scales at our waste tire collection site. A cost savings of approximately $12,000 would come from the equipment trade-in reducing the $99,000 purchase to $87,000 . The Maricopa County Waste Tire Collections site is located at 11400 E Pecos Rd, Queen Creek AZ 85242, in Supervisorial District 1. (C-67-16-003-3-00)
