73. APPROPRIATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR WASTE TIRE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR FY 2017 Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of revenue and expenditure authority between Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) and the Waste Resources and Recycling (D670) Waste Tire Fund (290). This action will require the following budget adjustments: Approve an increase in the revenue and expenditure authority in FY 2017 Waste Resources and Recycling (D670) Waste Tire Fund (290) Operating (OPER) in the amount of $200,000. Approve a decrease in the revenue and expenditure authority in FY 2017 Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) in the amount of $200,000. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. This expenditure adjustment will allow the Waste Tire Fund to utilize increased revenue to absorb overhead costs associated with the support of Waste Resources and Recycling General Fund (100). The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-67-17-004-M-00)
