77. APPROPRIATED BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR WASTE TIRE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of non-recurring revenue and expenditure authority between Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) and the Waste Resources and Recycling (D670) Waste Tire Fund (290). This action will require the following budget adjustments: Approve an increase in the expenditure authority in FY 2018 Waste Resources and Recycling (D670) Waste Tire Fund (290) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount not-to-exceed $747,274. Approve a decrease in the expenditure authority in FY 2018 Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in the amount not-to-exceed $747,274. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. This budget adjustment will allow the Waste Tire Fund (290) to absorb costs associated with the increased demands for tire recycling services. The Waste Tire Fund (290) is forecasted to receive revenue which will cover this additional expense. The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-67-18-003-M-00)
