PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT AND AWARD CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT FOR RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS AT CHASE FIELD Authorize the Public Notice legal advertisement and the authority to award a construction manager at risk contract for renovations and improvements at Chase Field to the best qualified construction manager at risk firm, provided the total Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project does not exceed more than 10% of the architect’s estimate. The total estimate cost of this project is not-to-exceed $2,400,000 and is budgeted in the FY 2008-09 Stadium District (680) Long Term Project Reserve Fund (450).
