CHASE FIELD GOVERNMENT PROPERTY LEASE EXCISE TAX (GPLET) DETERMINATION Determine as exempt under A.R.S. § 42-6208 the real property interests conveyed to Arizona Professional Baseball (AZPB) Limited Partnership, Arizona Professional Baseball (AZPB) Real Estate Manager (REM) Limited Partnership, and affiliates through the Real Estate Management Agreement, the Baseball Team Area Lease and the other Related Use Agreements among these parties, as these interests are described in the letter from Thomas M.
