S-2. AMENDMENT TO REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT Approve the "Section 16.4(d) Amendment to the Real Estate Management Agreement" among the Maricopa County Stadium District, Arizona Professional Baseball (AZPB) Limited Partnership (the Team), AZPB FM (Facility Manager) Limited Partnership (the Facility Manager), and AZPB REM (Real Estate Manager) Limited Partnership (the Real Estate Manager). This amendment would allow the use of the Facility (Chase Field) to affix communication devices such as antennae and satellite dishes for revenue generation purposes on a case by case basis with the express consent of the District.
