S-1. AMENDMENT TO THE FACILITY DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND THE RELATED USE AGREEMENTS AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE TOUR OPERATOR AGREEMENT Approve the "Ninth Amendment to the Facility Development Agreement and the Related Use Agreements and First Amendment to the Tour Operator Agreement" among the Stadium District and AZPB Limited Partnership and its related entities and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, Inc. This agreement alters the use of certain space within Chase Field, changing the permissible use of the Tenant Area previously designated as Recreation Area to allow for a lease of the space as a fitness center and also allowing for an expanded ticket operations area.
