S-2. DEBT SERVICE FUND APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT Approve an increase to the Stadium District (680) Debt Service Fund (370) Non-Recurring (0001) expenditure appropriation in the amount of $31,379,304. Approve an increase to the Stadium District (680) Debt Service Fund (370) Non-Recurring (0001) revenue appropriation in the amount of $25,140,000. The appropriation adjustment is necessary to account for the refinancing of the Revenue Refunding Bonds Series 2002 and the issuance of the Revenue Refunding Bond Series 2012 approved by the Board of Supervisors at the May 9, 2012 Board Meeting, Agenda Item Number C-68-12-010-4-00.
