S-2. CONTRACT 12045-JOC, GENERAL CONTRACTOR WITH CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION Approve a Contract between Caliente Construction and the Maricopa County Stadium District, in the not-to-exceed amount of $3 million per year, and a maximum of $1 million per project, including all change orders. The purpose of this Contract is to provide construction, improvement, & maintenance of new and existing Owner-owned or operated facilities at Chase Field. Each project is on a job by job basis and will have an individual scope of work. This Contract is effective from August 22, 2012, until August 22, 2015, with an option to extend for two (2) consecutive one (1) year terms. (C-68-13-004-5-00)
