LETTER AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF PARKING SPACES Approve and execute a letter agreement among the Maricopa County Stadium District (the “District”); AZPB FM Limited Partnership, the Facility Manager of Chase Field, and Suns Legacy Partners, LLC (the “Suns”) for the use of 370 parking spaces in the Chase Field parking garage for the Suns full time and event staff employees for Phoenix Suns pre-season, regular season and post season home games during the Suns 2012-16 seasons at the following flat fee per season: 2012-13 $28,500 2013-14 $28,500 2014-15 $30,000 2015-16 $30,000 (C-68-13-007-M-00)
