S-1. CACTUS LEAGUE TRANSFER Approve a transfer in the amount of $15,000 from the Stadium District (680) Cactus League Operations Fund (250) to the Stadium District (680) Stadium District Debt Series 2002 Fund (370). This action will require an increase in the amount of $15,000 to the Stadium District (680) Cactus League Operations Fund (250) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation and an increase in the amount of $15,000 to the Stadium District (680) Stadium District Debt Series 2002 Fund (370) Operating (0000) revenue appropriation. The above transactions will be offset with corresponding adjustments to Stadium District (680) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (0000) budget for a net impact of zero. Approve an increase to the Stadium District (680) Stadium District Debt Series 2002 Fund (370) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation in the amount of $15,000. This action is to allow the Stadium District to decrease the MCSD 2002 Revenue Refunding Bonds as a part of the MCSD 2012 Refinancing. (C-68-13-008-M-00)
