S-3. RESTATED NINTH AMENDMENT Approve the "Restated Ninth Amendment to the Facility Development Agreement and the Related Use Agreements and First Amendment to the Tour Operator Agreement" (“Restated Ninth Amendment”) among the Stadium District and AZPB Limited Partnership and its related entities and the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, Inc. This agreement supersedes and replaces the “Ninth Amendment to the Facility Development Agreement and the Related Use Agreements and First Amendment to the Tour Operator Agreement” (the “Ninth Amendment”) previously approved on August 31, 2011.
