LIMITED WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR JENNINGS HAUG & CUNNINGHAM, LLP Approve a request for waiver of conflict of interest for the law firm of Jennings, Haug & Cunningham, LLP. to represent and provide legal advice to Caliente Construction with respect to a dispute with the Maricopa County Stadium District regarding concerns with the application of the roofing system at the Chase Field. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists, which may arise in the future, and is not intended to supersede or effect any waiver currently granted this firm. This conflict waiver does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, further litigation arising from this matter .
