20. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH STADIUM DISTRICT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 5 to the agreement between Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Stadium District for Law Enforcement Services, effective August 21, 2013. This amendment adds a new Exhibit A, "2013 Billing Rates." All other terms and conditions remain the same. Approval of this item allows the Sheriff's Office to recover its costs based on the new pay new rates which were implemented July 8, 2013. The estimated impact of this increase is $57,957. A corresponding agenda item is listed on the Stadium District Agenda under C-68-14-002-M-00. The Sheriff's Office has been providing contracted Law Enforcement Service on an overtime basis at the Ball Park (Chase Field) since it opened in 1998. (C-50-98-065-0-05)
