S-1. WAIVER OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR GUST ROSENFELD Approve a request for waiver of conflict of interest for the law firm of Gust Rosenfeld to represent and provide legal advice to Maricopa County Stadium District and Phoenix Elementary School District with respect to a redevelopment agreement and related documents relating to the redevelopment of the Hotel Monroe project to which the developer and Stadium District will be parties. This waiver is for this matter only and is not intended to be an express or implied waiver of any other conflict which currently exists, which may arise in the future, and is not intended to supersede or effect any waiver currently granted this firm. This conflict waiver does not involve, and this waiver does not extend to, further litigation arising from this matter. This item was discussed in executive session on September 3, 2014.
