14. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ON BEHALF OF THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY STADIUM DISTRICT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office and the Maricopa County Stadium District. The term of this Agreement is March 25, 2015 through June 30, 2016 with up to four automatic renewals through June 30, 2020. This is a reimbursement contract with flat rate charges that reflect average amounts for overtime pay and benefits in each market range title. Estimated costs and reimbursements are $384,296 for FY 2016. A corresponding agenda item is listed on the Board of Supervisors Agenda under C-68-15-006-M-00. The Sheriff’s Office has been providing law enforcement services for Chase Field since it opened in 1998. (C-50-15-073-M-00)
