S-1. AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION FOR PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Construction Manager at Risk Contract with Caliente Construction. Amendment 1 includes the Cost of Work as defined in Article 7 of AIA Document A121 CMc-2003. The Construction Manager’s Fee shall not exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price of $3,897,086. Also approve a revision to Section 3.10.5 of AIA Document A201-2007 that was approved as part of agenda item C-68-16-001-M-00. Section 3.10.5 is revised to include a liquidated damage amount per section per home baseball home game should a section of seating at Chase Field not be substantially complete by the playing of a baseball home game.
