S-1. ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION Pursuant to Electronic Funds Transfer Policy Number A2512, the Maricopa County Stadium District is requesting authorization to have the Treasurer’s Office process an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to deposit FY 2016 excess Car Rental Surcharge Revenue into the Arizona Sports and Tourism Authority’s account at The Bank of New York Mellon. The transfer amount will be $1,156,679.12. The Stadium District’s request for authorization to the Treasurer’s Office will come from the Director, Daren Frank and the Financial Business Analyst, Barbara Norris. The Stadium District will prepare a corresponding journal voucher to record the EFT transaction on the County’s Financial System in the same accounting period as the EFT. (C-68-16-006-M-00)
