AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH JOKAKE CONSTRUCTION Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Construction Manager at Risk Contract with Jokake Construction for Pre-Construction services regarding Chase Field structural repairs. Amendment No. 1 includes the Cost of Work as defined in Article 7 of AIA Document A121 CMc-2003. The Construction Manager’s Fee shall not exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price of $3,493,620.72.
