F-2. AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE I-17 SCATTER WASH BASIN Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement FCD 2004A016A (ADOT No. IGA/JPA 04-139-I) for ownership transfer and maintenance responsibilities of the I-17 Scatter Wash Basin, among the State of Arizona (State), the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District), and the City of Phoenix (City). This Amendment describes the area to be abandoned by the State to the City and the resulting maintenance responsibilities. The subject Project included drainage improvements to Scatter Wash including an off-line detention basin. The original IGA included provisions for the roles and responsibilities among the three parties for design, construction, ownership, and maintenance. This project mitigates flooding hazards in the subject area provides a 100-year level of flood protection. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 3. (C-69-05-107-2-01)
