F-3. AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR INTERFEROMETRIC SYNTHETIC APERTURE RADAR PRODUCTS Approve Amendment No. 2 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Department of Water Resources and Maricopa County through the Flood Control District in the not-to-exceed amount of $25,000. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term of the agreement and increase the District's contribution. This amendment is effective from December 16, 2009 to December 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The projects covered by this agreement provide flood protection throughout Maricopa County. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisory Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. (C-69-05-126-2-02)
