F-3. EXCEPTION TO THE POLICY FOR ADMINISTERING GRANTS Approve an exception to the Policy for Administering Grants, Maricopa County Policy A2505 (Policy), Section D.1, for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) for Fiscal Year 2010 that would allow the District to apply for unnamed flood control related grants and/or agreements that may or may not allow indirect cost recovery. Approval of this item authorizes application only. The District will return to the Board of Directors for approval to accept any specific awards granted. Each subsequent request to accept an award will be presented as a new agenda item. The District’s indirect cost rate for FY 2010 is 4.0%. (C-69-10-013-G-00)
