FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve an administrative correction to the action taken on February 24, 2010 for agenda item C-69-10-059-S-00 regarding the settlement of Joseph G. Garcia and Vivian Pomodor vs. Flood Control District of Maricopa County, CV 2007-002667. This matter was discussed in executive session on Feb. 22, 2010. This correction will add the amount of the settlement, $15,000 which was included in the backup material, but not noted on the agenda. (C-69-10-059-S-01)
