F-7. CONTRACT WITH HOSKIN RYAN CONSULTANTS, INC FOR ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Award Contract FCD 2009C030, Wickenburg Areal Drainage Master Study/Plan (ADMS/P) for engineering professional services to Hoskin Ryan Consultants, Inc. The contract includes both base and optional tasks. The base contract amount is a lump sum fee of $1,741,510.30. The optional tasks, including an additional 40 linear miles of floodplain delineation and other tasks is a lump sum fee total of $676,983.42. The total contract amount is $2,418,493.72. Additionally, the performance period for the study is nine hundred and ten (910) calendar days. The District in partnership and cooperation with the Town of Wickenburg and other agencies will develop the ADMS/P. This will consist of data collection, existing conditions analyses, floodplain delineation work, and identification/quantification of existing flooding problems. The ADMS/P is located within Supervisory District 4. (C-69-10-082-5-00)
