5. FLOOD WARNING AND WEATHER OUTREACH Presentation regarding the Flood Warning and Weather Outreach. Tim Phillips, Chief Engineer The Flood Control District recently made significant improvements and access to information generated from the District’s County-Wide ALERT system of weather, rainfall, stream flow and structure impoundment gages. Staff has developed an enhanced capability to outreach rainfall and runoff information to County residents, businesses and government agencies through the District website www.fcd.maricopa.gov.
