F-4. IGA WITH CITY OF TEMPE FOR INDIAN BEND WASH OUTLET Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD-87030 between the Flood Control District and City of Tempe, in order to streamline management of the property with its current lessee. Amendment No. 1 clarifies the District’s role in oversight and approval of recreational use agreements, the distribution of revenue from the agreements and the termination date of the original IGA.
