FA-1. AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT (C-69-11-025-500) FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY V. VULCAN MATERIALS CO., ET AL., NO. CV2007-007945 Approve the First Amendment to Settlement Agreement (C-69-11-025-500) in regard to Flood Control District of Maricopa County v. Vulcan Materials Co., et al., No. CV2007-007945 changing the design concept and deadline for construction of the Levee and bank protection required to be constructed by Vulcan in the original Settlement. The Chairman is authorized to sign the First Amendment. This First Amendment was discussed in executive session on Monday, August 6, 2012. (C-69-13-006-S-00)
