F-3. IGA FCD2010A005 AMENDMENT NO.1 FOR WHITE TANKS FRS NO. 4 DAM REHABILITATION PROJECT Approve Amendment No.1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2010A005 for the White Tanks FRS No. 4 Rehabilitation (Project[#201]) between the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). This amendment extends by 90 days the required award date for a Project construction contract. The Amended IGA shall become effective when signed by the NRCS and shall expire five (5) years from the date of the signing by the NRCS. Several dam safety deficiencies have been identified at White Tanks FRS No.4, and overall rehabilitation of the dam best meets District goals and objectives related to dam safety and public safety. This item impacts Supervisory District 4. (C-69-11-027-3-00)
