F-4. IGA WITH TOWN OF BUCKEYE FOR THE PALM LANE CROSSING OF THE WHITE TANKS FRS NO. 3 OUTFALL CHANNEL Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2009A012 for the Palm Lane Crossing of the White Tanks FRS No.3 Outfall Channel between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and Town of Buckeye (Buckeye). This (Project No. 470) IGA provides for the Design, Utility Relocations, Construction, Construction Management, Operation and Maintenance of the Project. The District shall fund 50% of the Project Culvert cost and 100% of the Project Pavement cost, making the District’s estimated share of the Project Culvert/Pavement cost $130,500. Buckeye shall fund 50% of the Project Pavement cost, making Buckeye’s estimated share of the Project Culvert/Pavement cost $52,500 and fund 100% of the cost of non-Project features requested under the terms of this Agreement. IGA 2009A012 shall become effective when executed by both parties and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder, and shall expire ten years from the date of Recording by the County Recorder, or upon completion of the Project, whichever occurs first.
