F-3. AGREEMENT WITH DMB COMMUNITIES, LLC FOR THE WHITE TANKS FRS NO. 3 OUTFALL CHANNEL PROJECT AND INDIAN SCHOOL ROAD BOX CULVERT NUMBER FIVE Approve General Agreement FCD 2010G001 for the White Tanks FRS No.3 Outfall Channel and Indian School Road Box Culvert Number Five (Project [#470]) between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and the DMB Communities LLC. This IGA provides for the cost-sharing, construction, construction management, operation and maintenance of the Project. The estimated cost of the seventy-six (76) foot Culvert addition is $65,740. The proportional share of the additional cost of construction management is estimated to be $5,260. The DMB total estimated reimbursement to the District is $71,000. IGA 2010G001 shall become effective when executed by both parties and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder, and shall expire two years from the date of Recording by the County Recorder, or upon completion of the Project, whichever occurs first.
