F-4. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR 3201 N 66TH ST PROJECT Approve Amendment No.1 (Intergovernmental Agreement [IGA] FCD 2010A028A) to IGA FCD 2010A028 (C-69-11-042-3-00) for the 3201 North 66th Street Drainage Improvement Project (Project [#699]) between the City of Scottsdale (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District), increasing the District’s estimated share of the Project cost from $22,500 to $86,250; increasing the District’s not-to-exceed share of the Project cost from $100,000 to $250,000 (where the District’s not-to-exceed share also remains limited to 75% of eligible Project construction costs); and increasing the City’s estimated share of the Project cost from $7,500 to $28,750. This Amendment No.1 shall become effective when executed by all parties. The City proposed the Project for the District’s evaluation under the District’s Small Project Assistance Program for Fiscal Year 2011/12. The Project was recommended, scoring fifth among ten submittals by various municipalities. IGA 2010A028 was proposed in accordance with the terms of the Small Project Assistance Program, adopted by the Board under Resolution FCD 2009R003 (C-69-09-062-6-00), and was approved by the Board in February 2011. The Project will reduce flows that have caused documented historic flooding of two residential properties (both multifamily units) and will reduce flows that have caused roadway or access closures in the vicinity of the Project.
