AGREEMENT WITH DMB WHITE TANK, LLC FOR WELL ABANDONMENT AT THE WHITE TANKS FRS NO. 3 OUTFALL CHANNEL Approve General Agreement FCD 2011G002 for the White Tanks FRS No.3 Outfall Channel (Project #470) between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and DMB White Tank, LLC (DMB). This Well Abandonment Agreement addresses disposition of a well within property sought by FCD for the project, under eminent domain action, in CASE NO. CV2010-051875, pending in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona. Item impacts Supervisor District 4. (C-69-11-046-3-00)
