NON-EXCLUSIVE WATER LINE AND SEWER LINE EASEMENT AT THE MCMICKEN DAM OUTLET Approve Non-Exclusive Water Line and Sewer Line Easement at the McMicken Dam Outlet Channel, from the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) to Arizona-American Water Company, pursuant to FCD Resolution 2002R002 utilization of District property for water, gas, sewer or other types of pipelines. This Water Line and Sewer Line Easement addresses construction, operation, repair and maintenance of an Arizona-American Water Company water line and sewer line and appurtenant facilities across and under Flood Control District property at the McMicken Dam Outlet Channel.
