F-4. IGA WITH EAST VALLEY PARTNERSHIP AND MARICOPA COUNTY, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR SUPERSTITION VISTAS AREA PHASE III SPONSORSHIP Approve Intergovernmental Agreement FCD 2011A009 (the Agreement) for Superstition Vistas Sponsorship between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District), the East Valley Partnership (EVP), and Maricopa County, acting by and through the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT). Under the terms of the Agreement, EVP will facilitate and coordinate the Phase III work plan relating to the comprehensive planning, visioning and development of Superstition Vistas; the District will contribute $10,000 for purposes of flood hazard identification and/or mitigation associated with this effort; EVP agrees to separately account for the use of these funds; and any portion of these funds not used for the allowed purposes shall be refunded to the District.
