87. CROSS RIVER HOA SETTLEMENT Move that the Board approve the settlement between the Flood Control District and the Cross River Homeowners Association for maintenance of an outfall channel on District property and instruct the Chairman to sign the settlement. This item was discussed by the Board in executive session on June 20, 2011. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-11-071-S-00)
