UTILITY LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH APS FOR THE RELOCATION OF A 12KV POWERLINE FOR THE MCMICKEN DAM REHABILITATION PROJECT Approve the Utility License Agreement FCD2021A014 for the relocation of a 12KV APS Powerline needed for the McMicken Dam Rehabilitation Project between Arizona Public Service (APS) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). The cost for the relocation is $1,556,952.81 and will be fully reimbursed by the District . Without the relocation of the existing APS 12KV Powerline the McMicken Dam Rehabilitation Project cannot proceed. This Utility License Agreement is in accordance with the Board approved Resolution FCD 2010R009 (C-69-12-005-6-00) which gives the Director the power to authorize and negotiate IGA’s, right of way’s, design and construction needed for the McMicken Dam Rehabilitation Project. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-22-078-X-00)
