F-3. TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM MARICOPA COUNTY TO THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve the acceptance of transfer and conveyance of real property, identified as Assessor’s parcel number 102-60-018B, located at the New River Channel south of Glendale Avenue, from Maricopa County to the Flood Control District, at no cost to the County or the District, and authorize the Board of Directors to execute all necessary documents approved by District Counsel to complete the transfer and conveyance. Approve the acceptance of transfer of real properties, identified as Assessor’s parcel number 102-60-018B, located at the New River Channel south of Glendale Avenue, wherein the County will transfer and convey real property, to the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, at no cost to the County or the District, and also authorize the Board of Directors to execute all necessary documents approved by District Counsel to complete this transfer and conveyance.
