F-3. CONTRACT WITH ENTELLUS, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR EAST MESA AREA DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN UPDATE Award Contract FCD 2011C017, East Mesa Area Drainage Master Plan Update, to Entellus, Inc., for professional engineering services. This contract amount is $838,691.68. The contract performance is 365 calendar days effective the date of the Notice to Proceed. This is a qualification-based selection in accordance with Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504. The East Mesa Area Drainage Master Plan Update (EMADMPU) will develop and recommend context-sensitive and cost-effective strategies to mitigate flood hazards and protect public safety in a 58-square mile portion of southeastern Maricopa County. This area was previously studied as part of the East Mesa Area Drainage Master Plan (EMADMP), completed in 1998. The EMADMPU will reflect changed watershed conditions and revised rainfall probability estimates while utilizing current analytical tools and standards.
