FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY V MISSIONARY WINGS, INC Approve settlement in the amount of $750,000 between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County and Missionary Wings in the case Flood Control District of Maricopa County v MISSIONARY WINGS, INC., an Arizona corporation, as to an undivided thirty percent (30%) interest; ROBIN ARAVE, as trustee of the E. & T. CRUT TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 8, 2000, as to an undivided forty-two percent (42%); SHELLY DRU HELLAND, as trustee of the RMM CHARITABLE UNITRUST dated SEPTEMBER 8, 2000 as to an undivided twenty-eight percent (28%) interest, CV2010-051878, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign documents, if any, to conclude this matter.
