F-3. AMENDMENT TO IGA FCD 2011A003 WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR THE PEORIA STORM DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2011A003 for the Peoria Storm Drainage Master Plan (Study) between the City of Peoria (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). This IGA is currently effective and funded. This Amendment No. 1 will allow for interim invoicing and payments. The estimated study cost is $800,000 and will be shared equally by the City and the District. This Amendment No. 1 shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all parties and will be recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder. The District, in cooperation with the City, completed the original Glendale/Peoria Area Drainage Master Study in 1987 for portions of Cities of Glendale and Peoria and developed the Glendale/Peoria Area Drainage Master Plan (ADMP). Due to recent development, the City requested to cost share this project. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-12-033-3-01)
