F-1. AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION FOR 115TH AVENUE, UNION HILLS DRIVE AND 107TH AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Adopt Resolution Amendment FCD 2011R009A to Resolution FCD 2011R009 for the 115th Avenue, Union Hills Drive, and 107th Avenue Drainage Improvements Project (Project #450), authorizing the Chief Engineer and General Manager of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) to acquire Project rights-of-way in an expanded geographic area, subject to the ratification and approval of the Board. The District, in cooperation with the cities of Peoria and Surprise, completed the Glendale/Peoria Area Drainage Master Plan Update (ADMPU) 107th Avenue and Union Hills Drive Design Concept Report (DCR). The DCR recommended the Project to mitigate flooding in the 115th Avenue, Union Hills Drive, and 107th Avenue area. The Project was also recommended in the FY 12/13 CIP Prioritization Procedure. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-12-050-6-01)
