F-2. PRESENTATION REGARDING THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM Presentation regarding the Flood Control District Capital Improvement Program. Timothy S. Phillips, P.E., Chief Engineer and General Manager On December 12, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget and Capital Improvement Program. In coordination with the County Manager, the Flood Control District FY 2013 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 21, 2012. District staff will provide amplifying information on the District’s Capital Improvement Program, as requested by the Board of Directors. (C-69-12-083-P-00)
