F-2. NON-EXCLUSIVE SLOPE AND ROADWAY EASEMENT (MESA) Approve the purchase of a non-exclusive roadway and slope easement by the City of Mesa, (an Arizona municipal corporation). This easement has brought in revenue to the Flood Control District of $309,703.00 which is the market value determined by a licensed real estate appraiser. The roadway & slope easement is located at the East Maricopa Floodway near Power Road and Guadalupe. This Agenda Item impacts Supervisorial District 1 (C-69-13-012-8-00)
