AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY AT USERY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL PARK Approve, and execute Amendment 1 to the License Agreement for Use of Real Property between Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona. This Amendment One shall be effective retroactive as of July 31, 2022.
