F-1. REDUCTION OF THE FUND TRANSFER FROM THE FLOOD CONTROL FUND Approve a reduction of the fund transfer from the Flood Control Fund (991) to the Flood Control Capital Projects Fund (990) by $19,280,834. Also, approve a decrease to the FY 2013 Flood Control District (690) Flood Control (991) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriated expenditure budget by $19,280,834 and a decrease to the FY 2013 Flood Control District (690) Flood Control Capital Projects Fund (990) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriate revenue budget by $19,280,834, with offsetting adjustments in Flood Control (690) Eliminations (900) Non Recurring Non Project (0001). This action is required due to the increased expenditure authority for the Performance Incentive Award and the Paloma Investment court award (Gillespie Dam) and to keep the operating fund at a zero fund balance at year end.
