F-1. DECLARE/SELL EXCESS PARCEL - FCD PARCEL - FP045 Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, declare parcel FP045 (APN 121-07-132) an excess parcel, and authorize the Flood Control District (District) to sell the parcel at public auction or to a qualified governmental entity without public auction as defined in §48-3603 (I). The District utilizes its Disposition Program and Timeline Process on all excess properties to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information. The minimum sale price will be determined by a certified licensed appraiser. Conveyance documents for the sale of the District parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature at the time of sale. The parcel is: 1. Located at 1256 N Oakleaf Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85008. The cross streets are Willetta Street and Oakleaf Dr. in Phoenix. 2. Assessor Parcel Number is 121-07-132, consisting of 5,785 square feet of land and is zoned R1-6, according to City of Phoenix. On February 14, 2013 the District Management Team/Excess Lands Committee approved the subject parcel as excess to the needs of the District. This item is located in Supervisorial District #5.
